Please note that while for most of the properties pets can be accepted – for fully furnished apartment it will always be needed to discuss this with the landlord BEFORE committing to the property. If the landlord does not accept pets (in any scenario) deciding to having a pet inside the property regardless of what the landlord has advised will represent grounds to immediately terminate the contract and penalties on tenants may apply.
