Does a furnished property in Italy include all appliances and accessories such as toiletries and kitchen items?

Furnished properties in Italy do not guarantee that all appliances or accessories are included. It depends on the contract, but the typical standard includes basic furniture (e.g. bed, wardrobe, table, chairs, sofa), major kitchen appliances (e.g. fridge and oven), sometimes washing machine, ordinary light fixtures and curtains. Please note that items such as tv, kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, bed linens and toiletries are usually not included.
