Please note that there is no standard list of appliances/furniture for properties that are listed under “furnished” in the home market. For furniture properties, most of the times, kitchen and bathroom appliances are always included – plus any other item that landlord may decide to leave in the property such as chairs, tables, washer and closets. In short, it will always be suggested to ask directly to the realtor/landlord what items will remain in the property. Please keep in mind that cutlery, bed linen, towels, mattresses are usually NOT provided.
