In Italy, the condominium fee is a monthly payment that people living into a property must pay to the building association (condominium). It covers the cost of operating, maintaining and repairing the common areas of the property.

Please note that the condominium fee usually covers heating, water utility, building maintenance (e.g. hallway, elevator, gardens), building insurance, utilities of the common areas, amenities (e.g. concierge, pool, tennis courts if applicable).
