This service would entail providing the customer from 3 to 5 available temporary housing options – the accommodations are most likely to be in a serviced apartment, based on the duration of the customer’s stay. Once the customer has selected the property of his/ her preference, we arrange a visit for the customer to review his/ her favorite options (if applicable), accompanied by a local counsellor. Once the customer chooses the preferred option, we coordinate the negotiation of the terms & conditions of the contract, draft the lease contract and direct its signature in order to coordinate the initial payments. The local counsellor will assist the customer with the check-in inspection (if required).
