A few weeks (two/three, ideally) before the tenant vacates the property, one of our Local Counselors meets with the customer and the owner of the property to examine the state of the apartment/house. The local counselor will document the damages in order to allow the tenant to make the repairs that he will agree with the landlord, so that the property is returned in perfect condition when he vacates it. The property assessment will be signed by the local counsellor, by the tenant and by the landlord. The local counselor will also take pictures of the property as a whole and in detail.
